So that’s where I come in – the guy in the middle. I still have all the knowledge and qualifications of a coach, but I push a different message. Instead of making your goal feel miles away, my job is to shorten that distance, so it feels attainable, realistic, and even exciting. It shouldn’t feel like a chore. You’re going to look and feel the best you have in a long time and have a healthier mindset around food.

Whether it’s beer with mates, ordering dessert, having pizza for dinner, or trying the famous local bakery pie – these are things you should still be able to enjoy while staying fit. I coach people on how to do exactly that, long term. Not a phase, not a quick fix – real results that last.

Take it from someone whose whole life doesn’t revolve around fitness but still stays fit and healthy: I know how to balance this shit.

That’s me – just a random bloke in a camp chair. I know… not your typical ‘fitness coach’. But if you’re here, you probably want to know whether I can help you, so let me give you a bit of a spiel about who I am and what I do.

I’ve helped over 200 people in my time as a fitness coach – most of them in person as a PT, trying to fit the mould of what a coach should look and be like. But after moving to online coaching while doing a lap of Australia in 2024, I realised something important: I’m a better coach when I’m relatable. Someone who prioritises lifestyle, who’s figured out how to stay fit and healthy while still enjoying the simple things in life without guilt.

When I made the shift online, I noticed one of the biggest issues in the fitness space, and why so many everyday people struggle to get results.

Most people feel like the distance between where they are and where they want to be is too far to even attempt. And that’s because social media pushes obsession and perfection. A lot of coaches ask clients to live by the coach’s values, not the client’s. Not everyone wants to be shredded, training at high intensity every day, feeling wrecked just to look a certain way. Some people just want to lose weight, gain some muscle, feel confident in their clothes, and live a lifestyle that isn’t completely ruled by a perfect routine. This obsessive approach makes everyday people believe that being fit or losing weight just isn’t for them.
